    open level yoga flow class

    inspired by Vinyasa, Katonah, Ashtanga, and Hatha, plus meditation and breathing practices

    teachers bring their own individuality and techniques to the practice, so every class is its own unique space

    gthr community members are encouraged to practice with a variety of teachers

  • flow + restore

    open level half flow class and half restorative postures

    flow inspired by Vinyasa, Katonah, Ashtanga, and Hatha, restore inspired by Yin and restorative yoga, plus meditation and breathing practices

  • yin

    a slow-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods, 3-5 minutes, allowing for deep stretching of the connective tissues and joints.

    Yin emphasizes relaxation and targets the body's fascia, promoting flexibility, circulation, and inner calm

  • breathwork

    a grounding breathwork meditation open to first timers and experienced meditators !

    No two experiences are the same, but common benefits of the practice include emotional release, ease of physical tension, relaxation, relief from anxiety, improved sleep, deeper connection to self and better alignment between the mind, body and spirit

  • move

    1/4 yoga +
    1/4 body weight strength +
    1/4 somatic movement and dance +
    1/4 guided breathwork and meditation

    this class centers release - through sweat, sound, and sensation so you leave the studio more present in your body and lighter in your mind

  • Kundalini

    Kundalini is a Sanskrit term that literally means "coiled one." This term represents the primal force that lies "coiled" at the base of one's spine. Yoga poses, controlled breathing and meditation provide a means to awaken the kundalini and channel its enlightening force upward through the seven chakras, to the crown chakra at the top of the head.

    a gentle form of exercise designed to support pregnant people’s physical health and emotional well-being.
